Christmas Tree Recycling
​Each year the City offers free Christmas tree recycling for Arvada residents at Stenger Sports Complex. The drop-off site is located at the at the southwest corner of the W 58th Ave and Oak St intersection. Mulch is made available free of charge at drop-off site location during the collection period. Residents are responsible for loading and hauling their own mulch. Christmas tree recycling dates – Dec. 26, 2023 through Jan. 15, 2024, Times: 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., seven days a week. Guidelines for Christmas tree recycling – Please make sure the tree is free of nails, wire and all decorations to ensure safety of City staff handling the trees.
